Tammo Hesselink inaugurates his newly launched imprint Rear View Memory, intended for occasional outings of personal works. On this first release called Borrowed Wheels the Dutch producer combines his rhythmic side with his modern hypnotic techno approach.
Tammo has developed an outstanding body of work under a range of alias’ since the mid-2010’s, first releasing via his own imprint The Invariants before seeing his music published on famed Dutch platforms Delsin Records and Nous Klaer Audio in more recent years.
For this Premiere, we hop on the B side of the record for a halftime drum & bass workout in collaboration with Romanian producer. DYL is a Romania based experimental producer on his real name Eduard Costea with releases on such labels as Alphacut, One Seventy, RE:ST, Nord Label and many more. Both the artists developed a distinctive style with a genre-bending approach. Prelude manages to draw a fine line in between UK techno, bass and post-dubstep.
All proceeds from this release go to various funds helping the people of Ukraine.
