Minimal Collective and Oude Kerk present Post-Space
Post-Space is a series of site-oriented listening sessions by Minimal Collective, where sound engages with the identity of each location. Through the practice of deep listening, audiences are invited to experience each place anew – from historic monuments to museums or natural sites.
The first edition takes place in collaboration with Oude Kerk, Amsterdam’s oldest building. Its striking interior features historic gravestones, minimalist Protestant decoration (or rather, the absence of decoration), and resonant acoustics shaped over centuries.
Through a research-based editorial series and custom sound setup by Kantarion Sound, visitors are invited to experience this 14th-century monument as a living archive of sound and history, exploring how music and space interact during a five-hour continuous listening session
