Founded in 2022 by the producer duo themselves, Natural-High is Neotex’s independent outlet for nuanced electronic music with a DIY edge. Rooted in Sydney/Eora, the pair move fluidly between ambient and bleep techno, with acid-tinged cuts finding their way into the mix.

With The Mind Is A Series Of Patterns, they bring it all together. Spanning eight tracks, the album draws from a wide stylistic range, wooden drums, tape-saturated loops, and dreamy pads. Some tracks swing gently, others spiral inward. It’s a record made for both reflection and movement, bridging home speakers and fog-drenched dancefloors.

A cyclical drum jam spins at the centre of Hidden Intention, its grounded kick tracing steady orbits while everything else shifts around it. Whispers weave through the loop, with drifting reverb and eerie pads dissolving the rhythm into mist. As the tension builds, the track begins to peel back, returning to its core pulse before slipping away.
