Amidst the serene countryside of Kent UK, Qitular resides. His sound sits between the spaces of techno, DnB and IDM. Whether conveyed through hyperactive rhythms or slower paced patterns, his blend holds a vigilant attitude. His latest outing is to be found on Warsaw’s EMAHO! Records. Led by Archypness, the label is locally known for its primal induced club energy. Sharing the same pulse and perspective, EMAHO! Records was the right place for Qitula to release h.se::s.sr, a solid fifth outing of the label’s catalogue.

Qitula finds surprising ways to introduce diversity to the release where fleeting moments of ease co-exist with tension. Minimal Collective premieres ‘hprctv’ – a percussive DnB in between slithering frequencies, together forming a peaktime play for the experimental club corners.
